Shin Hitokuchizaka building is a facility exclusively used by the graduate course that faces Hitokuchizaka.

An office and meeting laboratory square was added to the 6th floor in 2010, which expanded and improved the educational environment.

Study room: Shared study booths and individual lockers. Available at night and on weekends as well (95 seats)
