HOSEI Business School of Innovation Management’s Global MBA Program (GMBA) is built around its Project courses.
In the first year, students participate in a group project in the form of an internship with organizations in regional government, non-government/non-profit, and/or business sectors. This takes place over the Fall Second Quarter at the end of GMBA Program Year 1.
In the second year, students do an individual internship project which generally takes place at a private sector company in Japan. This occurs during the spring-summer-fall period of GMBA Program Year 2. Students working as regular employees do individual study projects instead.
The results of the students’ dedication to their internship projects are showcased in the Project Presentation Conference, where both Year 1 and Year 2 students present to classmates, faculty, and guests in person and online.
Here are some photos taken at this year’s Project Presentation Conference on February 26.

Students from 14 different countries proudly made their presentations and the entire audience listened intently. This year’s host industries for Year 2 students include IT Consulting, Finance, Domestic & Cross-Border M&A, Cybersecurity, Entertainment, Medical & Healthcare Platform System Developer, Scientific Device Manufacturer, Insurance, and International Recruiting Agency.
Well done all GMBA students!
